Many Milwaukee Rowing Club alumni have gone on to compete in the college level and beyond. Accomplishments of MRC alumni include:
Earning a seat in a college rowing program
Earning collegiate rowing scholarships
Winning the NCAA National Championships (National Championships of women's openweight rowing)
Winning the IRA National Championships (National Championships of men's & lightweight women's rowing)
Winning the World Championships
Winning the Olympics
