Rowing Intro Day

Rowing Intro Day is a FREE learn to row day for all students entering 8th-12th grade. Secure your spot by clicking below.

This is a one-day learn to row workshop where athletes will learn the basics of the rowing stroke on land and take their skills to the water. This intro day is meant for athletes with little or no experience in the sport. Come experience rowing and gain the necessary tools to join our nationally competitive team!

Bring a water bottle and wear athletic clothing

Participants will be welcome to continue with our team for the upcoming fall session. Fall season information will be discussed and sent at the conclusion of the intro day.
